Spring Has Sprung Early On The Sunshine Coast

Is there a better place to live in spring than the other Sunshine Coast? The data suggests that it may be the only place to live at the moment with properties only lasting days in the open market.

Spring is traditionally a time when more stock comes to market, however, with the year it has been so far, who could predict what is going to happen next?

Right now, property values on the Sunshine coast seem to be staying stable, maybe even growing, with the volume of qualified buyers outweighing the volume of new stock coming to the market.

If you were sitting on the edge thinking “Is this the time to sell?” The feedback from the market gurus is “Yes”, do it now in isolation rather than in competition.

Here are some quick stats just for the suburb of Buderim over the past month:

Buyer inquiry is up 16.22% with new listings down by 22.33% compared to this time last year.
Average Days on market down to 45 trending downwards
The median price increase for Buderim over the last 5 years is up 21.6%
